Some takeaways from the live session
- Designing learning starts with empathy: If you want to create meaningful learning, start by truly understanding your learners. Where are they coming from? What drives them? What’s getting in their way?
- Balance inspiration with challenge: Learning becomes unforgettable when it invites reflection and stretches perspectives. Design for those “wait... what?” moments: the ones that make people think twice.
- Theory only matters when it meets practice: A concept is only useful when learners can apply it in their real, day-to-day world. Relevance is everything.
