Each step explained
Let's start at the beginning by determining what you want to achieve. First values are what you want to accomplish on the short term. With desired outcomes, we mean long term goals. By establishing this right away, you have a better idea of what needs to be come to make an impactful training later on.
Switching to a (blended) learning solution can have quite an impact. In this step, we will discuss the scope and conditions of the implementation, so you know what to expect.
With design, you might think of the visual aspect alone, but this step is focused on creating a good learning design. This means we'll take a look at the structure of the training, such as the activities and blocks you want to include.
Time to start working in the aNewSpring platform! We'll begin by creating a template, which is the basis of your training. You can pick a purpose, enable functionalities and look at other settings. Once your template is done, you can add activities and create your learning journey.
Your learning journey is ready, relevant stakeholders have taken a look at it and all feedback has been processed. The final product is ready to be delivered!
After the launch, learners are going through the training and that's when monitoring become important. We'll focus on the role of the trainer (which we call instructors in our platform): how can you help and guide learners best through the learning journey you created.
In this step, you'll go back to your first value and reflect on it. Have you achieved your goals? What are next steps to improve your learning journey and get even closer to achieving your desired outcomes?
