Our platform helps them create structured learning paths, automate enrolment and communication, and turn training into scalable products. Instead of scattered tools and manual processes, everything runs in one system.
We operate in a focused B2B SaaS niche in the Netherlands (and Belgium). We know our ICP well, our sales cycles are consultative and our product positioning is clear.
As we strengthen our GTM engine, we want to hire an SDR to proactively build pipeline within that defined market. This role gives you real influence on how outbound is done at aNewSpring and the opportunity to grow with us as we scale.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales.
Marketing creates awareness and generates engagement signals. Sales converts qualified opportunities. Your role is to proactively activate accounts before and during that process.
You won’t be handed random lists. You’ll work with a clearly defined shared account list and clear ICP criteria.
You’ll combine structured outbound with signal-based follow-up. The goal is simple: start relevant conversations with the right accounts and create qualified pipeline.
This is not a high-volume activity role. It’s a focused outbound role where relevance matters more than volume. If you enjoy thinking about accounts, positioning and timing, you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll be responsible for
Proactively building pipeline within our Ideal Customer Profile
Researching accounts and identifying the right stakeholders to engage
Creating thoughtful, context-aware outbound messages that open relevant conversations
Monitoring engagement signals (such as pricing page visits, webinar participation and repeat website activity) and following up quickly and intelligently
Working closely with Marketing and Account Executives to align on account strategy and support high-intent or strategic opportunities
Continuously improving outbound processes, messaging and tooling to increase qualified meetings and pipeline creation
What you bring
1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development or outbound
Experience with prospecting and pipeline generation
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
Strong written communication skills
A structured way of working
You are comfortable working with AI tools and know how to design and set up workflows that improve efficiency without sacrificing relevance or quality
You understand how to use AI to support research, prioritisation and messaging at scale, while maintaining a thoughtful and professional brand presence
Fluent English speaker living in the Netherlands
Conversational Dutch is a strong plus
