It is time to build! This phase will focus on building the learning design in aNewSpring.

In this phase we will focus on the delivery of the learning journey, and connecting all stakeholders to the final product.

Step 6:


Your course is live and learners are (hopefully) actively engaged in your learning journey. In this step you will learn how to fulfill your role as an instructor.

Step 7:


In this step you will reflect on your First value. Have you achieved your goals? What are the next steps to improve your course and get even closer to achieving your First value and Desired outcomes?
