Wondering what we're working on? Here's an overview of the new features which you can use from April 10th onwards.
Upload certificates and SCORM directly at the activity level
No need to click back and forth anymore, you can now directly upload a certificate and SCORM package at the specified activities. When uploading, you can choose the specific content library as well.
Directly create learners to enrol in your course
When subscribing learners via your course, you can now directly create a learner as well, instead of only being able to select existing learners. Very convenient when you have forgotten to create an account for someone.
No licences available? You will receive a notification and you can immediately purchase licenses
If you are subscribing learners but you don't have any licenses available you will see a notification. Here, you can directly purchase licenses. You can then proceed with subscribing learners to your learning journey. Prefer to call or email to purchase licenses? You still can :-).
Other adjustments and quick wins
Haven't used a header image for your catalogue product? You will no longer see the 'empty' header, which will look much better than before if you already had selected a background image. Of course, you can still add a new header image to your product!
When creating a folder in a new content library, this folder will be placed in the 'root'. If you create another folder on the same level, this will now also be placed in the root, rather than within the other folder.
When a learner accidentally types two spaces at a fill-in-the-blanks question, this will now be seen as a single space.
If you are a designer and an author (meaning you have two roles), you will see all linked content at the template, including the questions and content parts that don't have any content yet.
General notifications and notifications of the 'notification engine' are now merged for the learner, meaning that a learner can now turn off these notifications with a single option at the footer of an email or via their notification settings.
In the app only, certificates will now be opened within the content player, rather than separately in a pdf.
