Next Monday (8th of May) our latest release will be live. The main features are explained in the video below. But you can also read along to learn more about them if you’d like.
From now on, you will be able to create notifications for your learners at each template. These notifications are sent when conditions you set have been met. For example, think about an automated message when a user hasn’t been active the last two weeks or when a certain activity hasn’t been completed yet. A great way to keep your learners on track!
We’ve added some features to the platform related to the upcoming GDPR legislation at the end of May. It is now possible to add a privacy statement for each (sub)environment, per language, for your learners. The GDPR legislation demands you to do so; this tool makes it easy for you to add the statement to the environment. The privacy statement can be read by learners at the login screen and when creating a new account.
For new (sub)environments that are created, only these personal data fields are enabled: first name, last name, e-mail address and password. This is done to comply to ‘privacy by default’; we want to make sure you only save the information you truly need. Of course, we can add other fields as well if you need them.
We’ve improved the navigation within each concept (templates, content e.g.). The header is the same on each page, whether you are creating a new user or editing an activity. Above the header, you can now also see breadcrumbs. This way, you’ll immediately see where you are located in the platform and you can also navigate with this bread crumb path.
