About the Speakers:

Henriette Kloots
Henriette has been working in the L&D industry for as long as she can remember. After years of building experience both on the supplier side as well as in corporate learning she started Pink Coat in September 2015. Pink Coat once started as a blog, to inspire the L&D profession and exchange ideas on new developments. The name fits perfectly for this young and lively organization that literally sets themselves apart in a world dominated by grey suits. PC also stands for performance consulting which is always our focus, whatever we do. It’s about learning, development and mostly performance.
