Best tip, golden tip, ultimate best tip, number one tip, and expert tips. We all like tips. This week a new spring arrived (pun intended) and to celebrate that I thought the best way to do so is to focus my notes on tips.
In my first role as learning professional I discovered very quickly that providing relevant tips to learners was a great way to add value. Learners appreciate it much more than huge loads of content.
Fast forward 25 years and tips are still very much appreciated.
Tips to me are like ‘condensed learning’. So this edition of the learning notes has some ‘condensed learning’ for you:
