In 2021, Amelior made great progess in the didactics of blended learning. They chose an approach that works in the long run; a modular approach, flipped classrooms and storyboards. They knew how to get teachers and trainers on board for blended learning and how to make their online offering a valuable addition to the offline moments.

Well before 2020, heydays was a fan of making more use of online learning. The pandemic has shown their point that it can be done in an accessible way; inexpensive and with low effort. The power of making good use of online learning lies to a large extent in the quality of the content. Video proved to be a powerful tool in this respect, offering good support to the live training courses.
