LEARNING LIVE Networks Benelux

07 November 2019 – Rotterdam (NL)

For the first time this event for directors of training and learning organisations is held in the Benelux. Organised by the Learning and Performance Institute and aNewSpring, this event addresses future challenges in training at top level.

What is LEARNING LIVE Networks?

LEARNING LIVE Networks Benelux is a collaborative approach to tackling learning challenges and boosting business performance. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow senior learning professionals and grow your network. Learn from each other how to tackle current and future challenges for training and training providers, and where to find strategic business growth. It’s specifically for senior staff and management of training organisations and only open to this audience. Now for the first time in the Benelux.

Central theme:
What strategic tools can training providers and training organisations use to tackle their business challenges?

For the first time in the Benelux

This event is co-organised by The Learning and Performance Institute (The LPI) and aNewSpring. The LPI provides innovative and practical solutions for the global workplace learning industry, driving business performance and championing effective learning. LEARNING LIVE is a range of events organised by the LPI for learning leaders and heads of learning, and LEARNING LIVE Networks is a regular meetup for this audience to further learn and grow from this network. Already a success in the UK and Iberia, now it’s being held in the Benelux for the first time, in collaboration with their partner aNewSpring.

The LPI’s Capability Map

One of the tools that will be discussed in this event is the LPI’s Capability Map, which aims to provide a global view of the skills needed to deliver modern workplace learning and development. This self-assessment tool covers 25 skills across 5 categories and helps individuals and teams identify their strengths and skills gaps, and understand what is needed to build future capability.
