The immensely popular Global Sentiment Survey gives great insights about what’s on the minds of learning professionals all over the world. Together with its creator, the one and only Donald H. Taylor, we will discuss and dive deeper into the results, specifically from the training provider perspective. Regional differences, trends over the years, opportunities and other interesting insights will be talked about.
For learning professionals at training providers, learning providers, training organisations or vendors of training products, who want to know what’s going on in the L&D market.
For its 9th year now, the Global Sentiment Survey asks one simple question to learning professionals worldwide: ‘what will be hot in workplace L&D this year?’ Together with its creator, Donald H. Taylor, we will find out what training providers specifically can learn from it.
What’s the webinar about?
Everybody loves a list, ranking or top-something about their field of interest. One of the best known examples in the learniverse, is Don Taylor’s Global Sentiment Survey (GSS). But a list needs interpretation to become relevant and give valuable insights. How can you make the most out of the results for your specific situation?
The survey asks what an important topic will be in the full learning and development marketspace. So, the results are quite broad. This does not mean that it is useless for the training providers within that market. It just needs the right interpretation.
During this webinar, we will take a deeper dive into the specific results. We will try to work out what the takeaways are for training providers and how they can use them in their business plans or strategy.
What to expect?
- A unique look for training providers into one of the largest and sharpest surveys of the learniverse.
- Results and trends over the years, analysed by region, role, type of organisation and more.
- Insights, takeaways and probably some new questions for training providers to benefit from what’s to come in their field of work.
