Your mission

It will be your mission to help us stay top of mind and continue the conversion with prospects after they first engage with aNewSpring. We want to make sure we’re there when they are ready to become a customer.
As a Hubspot guru, you help our marketing team doing things that have the most impact.
Your colleagues can dream up creative campaigns but we need you to help us figure out how to find the right segments in our database and figure out how to build enough touchpoints to convert the group from leads to actual opportunities.

Thanks to your knowledge of Hubspot, you know exactly what segments to create and which data to look at to make this happen. See, we’ve got Hubspot up and running and we’re sitting on lots of data, but we need someone to optimise it and to continually manage the database to ensure we can help them during the customer journey (e.g. by sending relevant information).

You are the kind of person who is able to make Marketing Automation function as an integrated part of our marketing mix. It would be great if you have an understanding of the EdTech market but you don’t have to. We’ll teach you.


  • You are able to ask the right questions, and work with Hubspot to generate the right answers.
  • Lead the marketing operations efforts to manage and optimise the marketing database in a systematic, predictable fashion that maximises data quality and marketing effectiveness
  • You’ll collaborate with members from the marketing team to develop effective lead qualification and lead nurturing strategies by using Hubspot
  • You ensure that Marketing Automation is an integrated part of our marketing mix
  • You have a strong influence on our marketing funnel and how quickly prospects move through it.
  • You keep track of the latest developments of Marketing automation and especially Hubspot and inspire your colleagues with your insights on these topics.
  • You’re the go-to-person for literally anything that has to do with Hubspot.

What we ask:

  • You have experience working autonomously on marketing automation
  • You have previous experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (preferred!) Marketo or Pardot.
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree preferably with more than 3 years of experience in marketing automation
  • You have experience working for a B2B tech company
  • You have experience with building and maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders
  • You have analytical skills and the ability to convince stakeholders based on data & facts
  • You have knowledge of web analytics platforms and email tools
  • You feel comfortable communicating in English (nice to have: Dutch as well)
