What is lean transformation?

In Lean transformation, an organisation is redesigned so that the customer becomes the starting point and the employee is put at the centre of implementation. Through lean transformation, innovation and renewal are continuously central. Through aNewSpring, Pink Elephant is able to offer worldwide Best Practice training, coaching and consultancy to more than 200+ employees. Educators no longer have to worry about arranging classrooms or days when people are out of the office. Within aNewSpring, you can fully guide participants from day one with the necessary knowledge and skills!

A mix of learning tools

In the learning journey, the participants learn everything about Lean transformation, completely at their own pace. In total, the learning journey includes 9 hours of on-demand training that teaches you to think ‘lean’ and to apply lean ideas within a work culture. During the learning journey, participants encounter coaching sessions and games where Supervisors and Managers are prepared for their role in the transformation based on the ABC model: Attitude, Behaviour and Culture. A nice mix of learning tools.

“Very clear structure in the learning journey and use of the ABC model”

Increasing popularity

This project was a first for Pink Elephant and the investment organisation, and they discovered that online learning has become increasingly popular. The learning journey allowed the organisations and staff from all over the world to collaborate and implement changes at a rapid pace. It is great to see that online learning is increasingly innovating and is a solution for many!
