Training and maintenance
eLearning is used in many forms for transfer, training and maintenance of knowledge and skills. A small selection of solutions:
Theory via eLearning
eLearning is particularly suitable for the transfer and training of theory and knowledge.
Self study with personal guidance
The student determines the study pace. They are reminded by e-mail on that course progress. If students have questions during the course they can contact teachers through the platform.
Knowledge maintenance
You maintain your knowledge by training regularly. Adaptive learning ensures that knowledge is repeated regularly. The knowledge the student masters the least is repeated first.
Exercise materials
Training knowledge and skills based on questions.
eLearning can be sold as additional training material or as a complete course. It can also be made available optionally for remedial teaching purposes.
Extra training
The student has the opportunity to train extra, for example, by creating extra exercises with questions about subjects they find difficult.
Exam training
Based on the progress and the exam date the adaptive eLearning automatically composes a new training for every study day. This consists of the subjects the specific students need. This way the system guides each student individually to their exam.
Documentation
It is possible to place documents in a course as reference material or extra information. The proper information can be found rapidly by using the search function.
Random assessments
Based on the test template of the official exam questions are selected at exam level in a trial exam.
Practice cases
aNewSpring automatically offers students new cases that fit with the progress of the student and goals of the course.
