To help you as best we can, we offer you different types of support. If you have a question, first check out our online support page and find lots of helpful articles there. If you can’t find your answer there you can contact our support team, they will do their best to answer your question within 24 hours.
You can visit our Inspiration Sessions for free! Together with the participants we will decide the topics for discussion and let you take a look behind the scenes. These sessions are all about your questions, solutions and inspiration.
Inspiration Sessions are in Dutch and for everyone who’s interested in our possibilites. They are held in our office in Rotterdam and include lunch.
You, as an aNewSpring customer, can visit our Service Sessions for free. You can bring all your questions and cases to our session and we’ll be ready to help you successfully implement your learning platform.
We do ask some basic knowledge of our platform for these sessions, so an author or administrator training is required. The sessions are held in our office in Rotterdam and include lunch.
In our online webinars we share new features, tips about implementation support, adaptive learning or a topic that you requested. The webinars are free to attend for everyone, but it’s best to sign up in advance because space is limited.
