aNewSpring is an internet application. It can be used anytime, anywhere through the internet. No installation required.

Includes hosting

Our service includes hosting and server management. We deliver high availability and performance. It's even possible to use your own URL.

Superior hardware

In order to guarantee the greatest reliability our platform runs on modern ‘high end’ servers. Our servers are placed at professional data centres and have redundant architecture and configuration.

Back-up

We run a daily back-up of your implementation. Your continuity is our care.

Simple versioning

All clients of aNewSpring use the same version of the system. New releases of aNewSpring are implemented centrally, so our clients are not bothered by the implementation of new versions.

aNewSpring has a lot of experience operating the platform helpdesk. This way you do not need to know all the ins and outs of the platform, you can get started quickly with servicing your students.

Our support is always only a click away. There are tons of support articles and video’s to help you get started and when you still have a question, you can contact our support team to help you back on track again.

You can have aNewSpring completely in your look & feel. Your customers will experience it as your system. This enables a seamless integration with all your other activities. Resellers can also have their own look & feel.

Service Level Agreement with guarantees

aNewSpring seeks a maximum reliability of its web application and its services. You can find all the details in our SLA.

Continuity guarantee

aNewSpring has established a foundation that guarantees the continuity of the platform. In case of problems within the aNewSpring corporation, the foundation will take over the hosting and technical control and keep the platform running until a long-term solution has been found.

IP-range blocking

It’s possible to set up a range of IP addresses for which the environment is accessible. From every other IP address the environment will then be ‘invisible’.

Secured SSL-connection

In order to secure your training a SSL-connection (https://) can be used so all communication will be encrypted.

Data portability and data export

Our web application meets all common international standards for internet and for elearning in particular (e.g. IMS-QTI, SCORM, XML, HTML). These standards make sure exchanging data with other (learning) environments is as effortless as possible.

Accessibility

Browser independent

Our web application works on the latest versions of all common internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Safari and Opera) and can be accessed from every computer (pc or Mac) worldwide. To use our web application you do not need to install anything, nor is there an extra plug-in necessary. (If flash is used in the content it obviously does requires a flash plug-in.)

Tablet optimised

All standard interactions are designed to work on an iPad too. The use of Flash is optional so you can make a course fully iPad compatible.

Internet accessibility with ReadSpeaker

Reading text can be a problem for a significant group of people (e.g. visually handicapped, people with language deficiency or dyslectics). ReadSpeaker reads all online text within aNewSpring out loud.

Connection with other web services and applications

aNewSpring is the central place for your students but we realise there are plenty of nice tools you may want to use in your trainings or running your business. Therefore we are very open to integrating different web based applications. Our list of standard integrations is growing fast. Please let us know in case we missed one of your favourites.
