Service Sessions

Next to our professional helpdesk, our customers can also visit our Service Sessions for free. In these sessions we discuss the latest developments of aNewSpring, we look at the new functionalities in our eLearning Platform and we answer all your questions.

What can I expect?

The goal is to help our clients with designing and optimizing your eLearning in aNewSpring. It’s an interactive session where you’re free to ask questions, because these sessions are focused on results. We show examples, we optimize the course of a participant together and or we give explanations about functionalities within the platform. After this session, all participants are briefed again, full of new ideas and everyone can continue with its own aNewSpring environment.

In addition, the service session also is a great way to get in touch with customers and other users of aNewSpring. We use these sessions to inspire and identify new requirements and functionalities within our eLearning platform.

When and where?

These Service Sessions are free of charge for all customers of aNewSpring. We do ask some basic knowledge, so an author or administrator training is a requirement. The sessions are held in our office in Rotterdam.
