Create and manage courses

With aNewSpring, your learning materials and courses are easily managed online. The structure behind aNewSpring ensures that the materials are reusable and easy to maintain. Any changes are immediately visible in the active courses.
Easily create and manage content
All content can be adjusted directly online. When content is used inmultiple courses (for multiple groups), it can be adjustedin one place.

Course content and structure are separate
Within aNewSpring creating and managing content (learning objects) isseparate from creating and managing courses. The flexible structure of aNewSpring makes it possible to develop several courses from the same material.
Control your own content
aNewSpring offers several options to student’s access to courses, without the educator losing control of the content. The content is not placed in the environment of the student, but the student gets access to the domain of the educator. This provides protection of content and great flexibility in managing and developing courses.
Not transferable or reproducible
Unlike some other DVD products or elearning systems, aNewSpring is associated with a user and is not transferable or "recyclable". An individual student does not have access to the full content of a course. This is protected on our servers. Copying or free distribution to others, as with DVD products or external Scorm program, for example, is not possible.
Searching
aNewSpring provides a search function allowing content to be found easily based on terms used in the text.

Various "look & feel" for one course
The system of aNewSpring can be implemented completely in the ‘look & feel’ of the educator. The system basically acts as the engine behind the product of the educator, but is not visible as such. Your customers will experience it as your system. This enables a seamless integration with all your activities. Your customers or resellers can have the same course delivered in their own ‘look and feel’.

Workflow for course development
Our platform provides "workflow" support for course development so multiple parties can cooperate to develop, test, adjust, sell, distribute and support elearning and improve based on experience.
Roles and responsibilities
Advanced configuration of roles and privileges make it possible to manage authorisation and responsibilities. Depending on how your organisation operates, roles can be separated or combined for specific individuals or departments.
Efficient distribution
Your courses and course materials can be easily accessible in several ways, including through an access code, the LMS of your client or the web shop of aNewSpring application.
International standard
Our web application meets the current international standards for internet and elearning in particular (XML, SCORM, AICC and IMS QTI). Within these standards, the storage and exchange of content is determined which allows (re) use within and from other (learning) environments. The client owns his content in our web application and can always export this for additional back-up purposes.
Scorm- and AICC-integration with various learning environments
Scorm and AICC allow making courses available through an external learning environment or Learning Management System (LMS). This provides the opportunity to offer the courses to educators that want to offer the course as part of their curriculum to use within their own learning environment. Besides a "single login" for the students it also provides the advantage that statistics on progress and results are passed to the LMS system of the educator.
Re-use material due to IMS-QTI standard
aNewSpring meets the IMS QTI standard. This means that questions created in other (offline) authorwareprogrammes that also meet this standard, can be used directly in aNewSpring. But the opposite is true as well; questions (items) from the aNewSpring system are suitable for reuse in software to this standard.
