aNewSpring has a lot of experience operating the platform helpdesk. This way you do not need to know all the ins and outs of the platform, you can quickly get started with serving your students.

Our helpdesk is available from Monday through Friday during regular business hours Central European Time via helpdesk@anewspring.nl. All issues receive a response within one working day.
