Step 4:

Blended learning

Connect a trainer

Create an optimal blend

We believe powerful learning occurs in the optimal mix of on and offline learning activities. Blended learning makes it possible to organise knowledge training and work on skills and attitude training in the classroom.

Communication tools

Trainers can send messages to individual learners, or to a group. The trainer can get notifications based on individual progress or results and directly reply when needed.

Adaptive guidance + instructor led

The combination of instructor led training and online automated adaptive guidance offers the learner an optimal learning experience.

Insight in your learners

Statistics show detailed progress and results of your learners. A periodic summary is send to the trainer automatically. Trainers can easily analyze when extra instruction is required or the course content needs adjustment.

Moderate discussions

Trainers have a prominent role in discussions. Their additions, comments and feedback get highlighted to stand out from the participants reactions. They also have moderator options.

Activate or add extra content

Trainers can set the pace in which content is available for their learners by activating activities. They can add extra content as an addition to the ‘standard’ learning materials.

Grading and feedback workflow

Participants can hand in assignments online. Trainers get notified and click through to give feedback and grades in aNewSpring.
